Masters of Science - International Hospitality and Tourism Management (16-month)

This Master’s is a conversion course – meaning it is intended for students who have not studied the subject previously – and will provide students with an advanced understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry, with a managerial perspective of how to run such organizations. It is ideal for graduates who would like to change subjects or career direction.

The degree is intended to provide students with an advanced understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry and a managerial perspective of how to run such organizations. After completing this course, students will have the capacity to be involved in more analytical, developmental and strategic perspectives of the industries than those at undergraduate level, and gain insights of the issues affecting hospitality and tourism.

Equally, this course will provide the opportunity for students to identify and engage with specialisms such as consumer behaviour, marketing, international human resource management, revenue management and international market trends.
