These skills will make students a highly sought-after in the world of high-end bakery and pastry arts. Students' classroom work will include a series of case studies designed to develop and perfect each student's baking skills. They will also complete an industry externship, gaining experiential practice and practical experience that will give them a real career advantage.
On the business side, students will learn the key skills that are necessary to run a successful baking operation, including:
