The four-term Construction Project Management program focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to advance to management roles in the construction industry. It covers managing residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional (I.C.I.) projects from start to finish while coordinating with various trades. The program also caters to individuals with out-of-Canada qualifications, like architects and engineers, to help them qualify for well-paid jobs. Students complete 3 semesters of in-class study before entering a paid co-op work term. This program interests graduates from various fields, including Construction Engineering Technician, Architectural Technology, GIS and Urban Planning, Civil Engineering Technology, Landscape Design, Bachelor of Interior Design, and university graduates from Architectural Studies, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Geomatics Engineering.
