Master of Science - Creative Writing

Student will receive support in developing their creative work and gaining insight into the writing and publishing process from experienced staff who are themselves published poets and authors.

Exploration will be made into contemporary poetry, fiction, and hybrid forms of writing, as well as the enhancement of critical writing skills. This comprehensive examination of technique and form will provide a solid foundation for pursuing a career in writing and the creative arts.

Opportunities for placements and internships in various sectors such as publishing, marketing, charity, journalism, theatre, teaching, museums and heritage, events, and libraries will be available to enhance professional experience. The duration and hours of placements are flexible, allowing individuals to tailor their experience to fit around their studies and other commitments.
