Overview
Administrative professionals are valued members of the healthcare community. They are detail-oriented individuals who use their enhanced communication skills to work with patients and hospital staff. This program builds upon the core skills learned in the Administrative Professional program. Students will learn medical software systems as well as medical terminology, standards, and practices.
