What you will study
Students will gain a well-rounded understanding of how organisations operate, organisational behaviour and cross-cultural working. They will build a foundation of Human Resource knowledge including employee recruitment, leadership, employee relations and organisational change.
The Bachelor of Science (Honours) Business Management with Human Resource Management course develops skills so students can succeed in a number of sectors, but if they like to change specialism they have the freedom to. After their first year they can specialise in economics, entrepreneurship, finance, law or marketing, or switch to the general Business Management degree. They also have the opportunity to gain valuable industry experience and earn money with an optional placement year.
