What you will study
Students will prepare for a high-flying career in engineering or robotics with a foundation program that will help them reach their potential. They will have access to the largest number of humanoid robots available to undergraduate students at the University of Plymouth.
Once candidates have successfully complete the Foundation program in Engineering and Robotics, they will work in a world-class research environment with staff internationally renowned for cutting-edge research. An option to take a placement year is also available to help them further develop their skills.
Graduates of the Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering will develop their understanding of the high-level aspects of electronics in case they are focused on embedded microcontrollers, power converters, or high frequency communications. Electrical and electronic engineering is accredited by The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), will provide them with a solid foundation for engineering a wide range of electrical systems.
