Nottingham Trent University - Clifton Campus

What you will study

Program Description Nuclear technology is the wonder of this age and students will discover how it can power cities and help cure illnesses. Students will focus on the applications of nuclear physics from energy supply and medicine to propulsion systems and reactor design – all alongside building their core physics knowledge. Getting hands-on and applying knowledge goes hand in hand with boosting technical skills and confidence. Students will get to conduct experiments in the dedicated ionising radiation laboratory, lead a year-long project in their final year, apply for a year in industry and will have the opportunity to volunteer in Nottingham Trent University's research labs.
