Post-Degree Diploma - Marketing

Program Description Douglas College's Post-Degree Diploma in Marketing gives students business and marketing skills that apply to a variety of industries. The program is great for those who already work in marketing, as well as those who wish to broaden their skill base, transition into management, or market their own business. Courses emphasize practical skills and use a blend of lectures, case studies and group work on real projects in the business community.

For those with a degree in a field other than marketing, the Post-Degree Diploma in Marketing provides a solid foundation and practical skills that can benefit them in a number of ways: • Gain the skills to market their own business • Get introduced to a new career direction that builds on existing education • Broaden their skill base • Prepare for transition into management

Customized Two-Year Post-Degree Programs: If students want to complete two years of study and diversify their learning and experience, Douglas College offers post-degree programs consisting of two, one-year post-degree diplomas. Students apply for both programs at the same time. Students graduate with two credentials and a solid combination of experience and skills. Completion of two different one-year Post-Degree Diploma programs will also allow graduates to apply for a two-year Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP).
