What you will study
The BSc (Hons) Biological Sciences at the University of West London provides excellent teaching in the key areas of biological sciences, including plant and animal biology, molecular biology, cell biology, microbiology, key aspects of human biology, ecology and conservation.
Students will learn how to design experiments to study the natural world, including fieldwork to answer questions about the environment and animal behaviour, and how to analyse and understand data, preparing them for careers where their skills can be applied.
In the second year, students will undertake a year-long project as part of a team, and carry out another year-long project individually in the third and final year, as well as present their research at the course research conference.
