The Strategic Change Management stream of the Master of Management degree program prepares graduates for professional managerial careers in a rapidly evolving business environment, in which organizations must continually assess the need for strategic realignment, and develop and successfully implement effective and efficient strategies for change. The program further explores business recovery from external shocks. The degree is particularly relevant as businesses cope with the current pandemic and prepare for a post-pandemic world.

The program is offered over four terms; students take four courses in each of the first three terms followed by a workplace internship in the fourth term.
