This certificate program develops the skills students need to work in residential and commercial construction and related industries. Instruction will include, but will not be limited to: blueprints and quantity survey, concrete, foundations, framing, interior finishes, roof coverings, and scaffolds. Trade time and academic credit may be available for graduates who find employment in the trade and register as apprentices.
