This Associate of Science - Automotive Technology - Auto Trim and Upholstery program prepares individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills to install springs, filling, padding, covering, and finishing (trim) on automobile related products.
Upon successful completion of this program, students should be able to: • Demonstrate their proficiency by the use of upholstery tools and techniques while removing, striping, reupholstering, and reinstalling an automotive seat or bench. • Calculate the adequate amount of material and time required to reupholster an automotive seat or bench.
