Overview

Work and Organisational Psychology MSc provides student with a thorough understanding of how to effectively manage people and organizations. They'll learn how to recruit, train and motivate employees, assess their performance, design work environments and jobs, along with techniques to manage wellbeing and organizational change, plus more.

During the course, they'll be given the chance to develop practical skills that are highly valued by employers such as consultancy and proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis software. All of which are applicable to the workplace and designed to hone their skills as a practitioner.

Upon graduation, they'll be ready to apply what they have learned to the real world of work.
