Bachelor of Science - Business and Law (with International Foundation Program)
University of Roehampton
What you will study
International Foundation Programme will help prepare students for an undergraduate degree.
The IFP program is designed to close the gap between their existing qualifications and those required to study an undergraduate degree, whilst developing their English language skills to a level where they can flourish in the UK university system.
During the foundation year, students will take modules in English and Maths which will develop their core academic and study skills. The syllabus includes a year-long module relevant to their chosen degree subject, such as Business Essentials. This will provide students with subject-specific knowledge in Business, which is essential for success in their degree.
n this Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Business and Law students gain a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between legal frameworks and business practices and how they interplay in navigating the complexities of today's global landscape. In this industry-relevant program, students will study the foundational principles of both business and law, which include:
• The role of legal systems in society • Property rights • Contract law • Governance and sustainability • Business strategy
They will be able to witness the theory of business and law in action through external expert speakers and engage with Roehampton's Law and Business Clinics.
