This program offers students courses with a specific focus on design, hands-on creative cloud software skills, and marketing knowledge for jobs like digital designers, marketing specialists, communication designers, and event planners. As students learn business planning skills and the essentials of design, software, marketing and advertising, they’ll also design, create, and prepare a professional portfolio to present to clients and potential employers to help begin and accelerate their career. Students training here at BCIT will focus on practical software and design skills. This will help them pursue a career in the communications department of any business, from entrepreneurial businesses to major corporations. After graduation, students training in areas like InDesign, marketing, and advertising production will help make them and their resume stand out even more. Please note: Flexible Credential programs are part-time however enrollment in these programs does not affect PGWP eligibility.
