Associate of Arts - Anthropology - The Associate of Arts in Anthropology provides students with a comprehensive understanding of human cultures, societies, and biological development across historical and contemporary contexts. The curriculum explores cultural anthropology, archaeology, biological anthropology, linguistics, and research methods while encouraging critical thinking, global awareness, and appreciation for cultural diversity.. Students strengthen research, analytical, and communication skills through coursework that examines the complexity of human societies and social change. Graduates are well prepared to transfer into bachelor's degree programs in anthropology, archaeology, sociology, international studies, and other social science disciplines.
