Human Resources Management is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program designed for university or college graduates, providing them with functional knowledge in core areas of human resources. Beyond the core curriculum, the program also offers courses in software, Canadian employment law, management of strategic HR projects and professional communications.

Students will also have the opportunity to apply to further develop their consulting skills with the option of substituting two courses for the intensive community consultancy program, working with live clients to solve real problems.
