Supply Chain Management is the collection of critical business functions that enable companies to create, produce, and deliver products and services. Supply Chain Management activities include operations planning, procurement and sourcing, production of goods and services, demand fulfillment, transportation and logistics, and the various customer support and return processes (including retail returns, recycling, and reconditioning).
