Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Interior Architecture and Design (W250)

Interior architecture and design is a distinct, rigorous practice that requires a specialist way of thinking about how complex interior spaces are occupied. As a practice, it applies to buildings and urban communities and involves thinking about how interior elements and the materiality of spaces are brought together at a human scale to accommodate and delight.

Students will develop specialist skills in the areas of observational and spatial drawing, computer drawing, model making and technological and material investigations. Alongside making design proposals, London Met asks students to comprehensively research, analyse and articulate the culture and context in which their design thinking is being applied.

As students progress through this course, they'll develop their own individual enquiry, creative approach, critical thinking and deepen their understanding of design processes. London Met encourages students to combine intellectual and creative ambition with detailed resolution of their work and to test how to communicate their ideas effectively to their peers and in the wider world.

An International Bright Futures Scholarship in the amount of £3,000 will automatically be applied to eligible students with overseas fee status starting a degree with London Met in the 2024/25 academic year. This scholarship includes a tuition fee reduction for the duration of students' studies and is applicable to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

Tuition Deposit is £4,000 for all students excluding those from Punjab and Haryana for whom the deposit amount will remain at 50%
