Bachelor of Business Administration - Marketing - Integrated Marketing Communications

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing offers a rigorous, innovative curriculum that is designed by experienced faculty and an advisory board of industry experts. The Marketing program at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) deals with the strategies and business processes involved in researching markets, deciding which markets to pursue, identifying what unique value to provide, and assembling the products, services, people, and partner firms needed to build, communicate, and deliver that value.

Marketers now have numerous ways to communicate with stakeholders. Students will cultivate and hone their skills to coordinate brand communications across all channels in concert with shifting customer behavior. With a concentration in Integrated Marketing Communications they will learn to create, implement and evaluate strategic, persuasive communications for different audiences to reach, engage, and support customer decision-making.
