Master of Applied Hospitality Management (107453D)

The course is called ‘Applied Hospitality Management’ because its primary aim is to equip students for a rewarding career in a range of hospitality roles, to be work-ready even prior to graduation and to set them on the path to success. The curriculum is tightly integrated to ensure that graduates share a common skillset and attributes that prepare them for senior hospitality management roles.

Combining industry-led experience with cutting-edge teaching, the Master of Applied Hospitality Management (MAHM) focuses on the skills, understanding and knowledge to be a leader in hospitality management.

Emphasis is placed on acquiring the ‘soft’ as well as technical skills required to manage a modern hospitality business, from operations to business continuity management. Service quality management and revenue management are integral to the course, along with business planning, both of which set the foundations for an entrepreneurial and creative mindset that differentiates the Le Cordon Bleu MAHM from others that are less focused on the customer experience and problem-solving.
