Overview

If students hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, but don’t meet the entry requirements for a master’s, a Pre-Master’s can help them gain a place on a postgraduate degree.

NTU's MSc Property Development and Planning course equips students to get the best out of the town and country planning system from a developer’s perspective. The course prepares students to oversee and manage the process of property development, from site identification and analysis, to planning, design, viability, marketing and finance, leading to the delivery of a development scheme.

Through applied projects, site visits and visiting industry experts, they’ll gain an understanding of construction, development processes in practice, real estate economics, valuation, appraisal, heritage and conservation and law applied to surveyors.
