The Information Technology Infrastructure and Systems program at Fanshawe College is a two-year program that equips international graduates with in-demand IT skills. In the first year, students develop competencies in infrastructure support, networking, and security. The second year builds on this foundation with a focus on advanced systems and solutions architecture. Graduates are prepared for roles in IT support, systems administration, and network security. This two-year (four semester) program is designed for international college or university graduates with a strong academic background who seek additional knowledge in information technology and computer systems technologies. The first year emphasizes the practices and skills currently used to support IT infrastructure. In the second year, students expand their expertise in networking, operating systems, and security, while integrating systems and solutions architecture as an advanced application of these areas.
