Program Description Students can experience the best of both worlds in the DAN Department of Management & Organizational Studies. DAN instructors are industry professionals with real-world experience and research-focused academics providing insight into the latest management and organizational theories.
Complete courses during their studies that count towards professional designations such as the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst CFA),Certified Human Resources Professional CHRP) or an Integrated Commercial Pilot's License ICPL).

The Human Resource Management module is for students interested in how organizations manage their human resources to achieve organizational goals and key results. Human resources are an organization’s competitive advantage and managing these resources effectively is critical to success. Students pursue courses in the major responsibilities of the HRM function in an organization (e.g., Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Health and Safety, Compensation and Benefits, etc.) as well as courses in best practices for the effective management of employees. NOTE: Please note the English scores listed are minimum requirements. Meeting the minimums does not guarantee admission. Students with low English scores may be admitted to the English BOOST Program, a 9 week training program for conditional admission to their chosen program.
