Overview

UEL's MSc in International Business Management prepares students for a huge variety of business roles in a global context, whether they are interested in entrepreneurship, global innovation, corporate strategy, consultancy, or multinational management. UEL's staff and students are drawn from all over the world with widely varied expertise, making this MSc a truly international programme.

The course looks toward future trends in business, from the changing role of business in society to the impact that rapidly evolving technology has on business in a global context. The university trains students to be mobile across different markets in high-tech, knowledge-intensive industries; remain flexible in the face of technological change, and maintain an international outlook as the world evolves.

Students will learn about the way businesses can adapt to new challenges, from the importance of sustainability in the face of climate change to the rise of robotics and the Internet of Things.

Based across Docklands and USS campuses, students will have easy access to London City Airport, City Of London Square Mile, Canary Wharf financial and digital district, International Excel Centre and the O2 Arena.

The course is designed to resonate with people from a variety of backgrounds, so students won't need to have specific academic or work experience. Throughout the degree, students will develop crucial analytical, research, and communication skills as they work on projects with their fellow students and undertake their own original research. UEL's personal tutoring scheme also gives students access to bespoke academic advice and exciting industry opportunities.

This course is accredited by the Association for Project Management (APM).
