Ce diplôme d’études profesionnelles en soutien informatique permettera de développer les compétences nécessaires pour travailler dans toute entreprise ayant besoin d’un soutien technique au niveau informatique. Les étudiants acquerront les compétences nécessaires pour assembler ou désassembler un ordinateur, dépanner et réparer des problèmes informatiques physiques, dépanner et réparer des logiciels logiques, installer et gérer des réseaux informatiques et résoudre des problèmes de réseau.
