What you will study
The Bachelor of Science in Construction Management will equip students with the skills for a career in construction management, allowing them to be involved at every stage of exciting developments across London and beyond. They will build a range of technical and managerial construction expertise, along with up to date knowledge of legislation and regulations – the byelaws, health and safety regulations and legal and financial implications of construction projects. The course will also prepare students to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver with confidence in complex environments.
This course, accredited by Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), will prepare graduates for a career in a range of fields within the built environment, including project management, contracting, consultancy and house building. The (CIOB) Chartered Institute of Building is the professional body representing the building industry.
