What you will study
The Pre-Masters program is offered over one or two terms and is designed for students who do not qualify for direct entry to the masters programs at the university. This may be due to the grades achieved in their bachelor’s degree, their current qualifications not being equivalent to a United Kingdom bachelor degree, or having a different background.
Upon successful completion of the Pre-Masters program, students will continue onto their chosen postgraduate degree course at the University of Bradford.
The LLM in International Commercial Law provides students with specialized knowledge of the regulation of international commerce, as well as a thorough understanding of the broader social, economic, and political contexts that shape modern commercial law and practice.
The course offers a variety of contemporary, academically rigorous, and skills-oriented modules. Students will gain core knowledge of the framework and regulatory environment of modern commerce, with the flexibility to tailor their degree to suit their particular interests and career aspirations by selecting from a range of specialist commercial law modules (and optional modules from the School of Management).
