Overview
This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the International Study Centre at the University of Sussex followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Sussex. In the International Year One programme, you will study courses related to your intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into your intended program depends upon the successful completion of the pathway program.
The Pre-masters program in Science and Engineering will let you explore and begin to understand the power of science and engineering in the real world by studying relevant courses such as programming and systems control, mathematics for computing and engineering and data analysis and modelling. While you begin to learn the technical and applied aspects of science and engineering you also are provided with a critical outlook and approach employers want in your chosen field.
The Master of Science in Global Biodiversity Conservation will give you advanced knowledge and skills in conservation biology.
The campus is in the Brighton and Lewes Downs UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, and surrounded by the South Downs National Park. Here you’ll gain an advanced, global outlook on conservation and will be ready to help solve the challenges of change in the modern world.
Learn about the positive approaches conservation biologists use to address conservation challenges, and have the chance to take part in unique research in the field.
