Overview
Students can transform themselves from an enthusiastic beginner into a skilled, career-ready professional, prepared to meet the standards of employers throughout the flight services industry. This exclusive two-year diploma program is designed to help students develop job-related skills and knowledge in an experiential learning setting preparing them to perform a variety of functions required by the airline industry.
Students will learn to deliver passenger safety procedures and techniques to help them provide exceptional customer service. They will also develop a service-driven attitude and an ability to effectively deal with a diverse range of safety related duties on the ground and in-flight.
Throughout this program students will develop the following skills: • Strong communicators, extensive soft skills • Solid core knowledge and technical skills • Understand sector needs, including business management, analytics and technology • See the industry as a way of life and value lifelong learning
