What you will study
The combined 4 year programme allows students with lower academic marks, or whose qualifications are not equivalent to British A Levels, to gain the necessary qualifications to proceed to undergraduate study. After completing the Foundation Year, students will be eligible to progress to a number of University of Chester undergraduate programmes.
Accredited by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT for the purposes of fully meeting the academic requirement for registration as a Chartered IT Professional.

In response to security dangers, this course will give students knowledge of the threats, and provide them with the chance to gain the skills and expertise to investigate, police, and react accordingly, and to protect systems and organisations.
