Bachelor of Business Administration - E-Business Management

Alexander College’s Bachelor of Business Administration in e-Business Management (BBAeBM) is a four-year, 124-credit undergraduate degree that combines a comprehensive business education with specialized study in digital transformation and technology-enabled management. The program prepares students to apply, evaluate, and manage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, that are reshaping business operations.

Students progress from foundational courses to advanced coursework, developing practical and managerial skills in e-commerce, digital marketing, business analytics, digital finance, information management, and strategic decision-making. The program’s emphasis on the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies further strengthens students’ professional competence in privacy, cybersecurity, governance, and social accountability.

Applied learning is a defining feature of the program. Students engage with industry-relevant software, case studies, analytics and database projects, digital workflow transformation, simulated e-commerce exercises, industry collaboration, and team-based problem-solving. In their final year, students demonstrate their integrated knowledge, practical skills, and employment readiness through a capstone course comprising an applied research project and a professional portfolio.

Graduates of the program are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience required to enter and advance in careers across the digital economy. The degree also provides a strong foundation for further study in business and related disciplines. Alexander College’s BBAeBM is authorized by the British Columbia Minister of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills following review and recommendation under British Columbia’s quality-assurance framework for private degree-granting institutions.
