What you will study

Students will be ready to lay the foundations for a successful career in construction with the Foundation Pathway in Construction Management & Building Surveying. After completing this program, they will go on to develop a specialist understanding of project management or building regulation through a combination of lectures, field trips and site visits.

Graduates will earn a degree accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE).

Build your knowledge and skills in construction technology, processes and management to develop a successful career as a construction project manager. The combination of lectures, site visits, tutorials with industry partners and an optional year-long paid industry placement will prepare you for a range of routes in the construction sector, including project management, site organisation, estimating and planning.
