Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Marketing with Foundation Year (N50F)

Marketing is the part of the organisation that communicates with customers. In such a competitive environment, this role has never been more important. Without good marketing, businesses won’t keep their customers and they will turn to a competitor.

This degree will provide both the theoretical and practical grounding, to help students to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to embark on one of the many career opportunities in marketing

Students will gain a firm understanding of the day-to-day work in marketing and its wider contribution to the organisation. Working on live projects and case studies will give them the confidence and skills to put theory into practice.

This Foundation Year will help students take their first step into higher education, broadening their industry knowledge and enabling them to progress to a related undergraduate degree. It aims to help them develop a strong foundation of business knowledge, alongside academic and transferable skills to ensure they get the most out of their degree-level studies.

There are so many opportunities and varied careers in the profession, and students will be able to work in a range of general marketing roles, as well as more specialised careers in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Research, Public Relations, Social Media, Media buying and planning, Customer Relations and more.
