What you will study
The International Foundation Programme – Computing, Engineering, Mathematical Sciences enables students to understand a range of areas relating to their further degree study. These include Maths, Data Analysis, Computer Sciences, Programming and Digital Design. The International Foundation Programme (IFP) is a level 3 foundation year that is an equivalent qualification to A levels. During students' programme they will develop subject-specific knowledge with a strong focus on improving their academic English language skills in preparation for studying at university.
Computer science is an exciting and evolving subject that affects every area of our lives. A deep understanding of computing puts students in a great position to influence the future as well as paving the way to excellent employment opportunities and well-paid careers. Students will have access to academics who are pushing boundaries with their research.
