What you will study

If students have finished high school but don’t meet the entry requirements for university, a Foundation Certificate can help them gain entry to an undergraduate degree. This NTU course provides the intellectual, legal and practical skills students will need for a successful career. When students choose to study Law at Nottingham Trent University they become part of one of the largest and most innovative Law Schools in the UK. This course incorporates a good deal of flexibility and choice. In Year Two students can choose between two different routes which enable them to either take year-long specialist modules or combine half-year modules with the chance to study abroad, or take a work placement. These two pathways have been specially designed to boost the students CV. In the final year students will choose five modules that reflect their interests from a wide range of options as well as one of NTU's employability-focussed Law modules as the core module.
