Grâce à un tronc commun d’études, le programme Techniques de gestion hôtelière ouvre plus grandes les portes vers une carrière au Québec, au Canada ou à l’international. Programme unique au Québec.
Ce programme est axé sur les connaissances essentielles en hôtellerie. Issus de l’industrie, les enseignants fournissent toutes les clés de la réussite pour intégrer le marché du travail. Le programme offre également une expérience pratique incluant : cours de service en salle à manger (au restaurant d’application le Fuchsia), stage, ainsi que la participation à plusieurs événements. Les étudiants ont des occasions de côtoyer des professionnels lors de visites, de conférences et d’événements. Les diplômés de ce programme peuvent poursuivre des études universitaires.
