Overview
The MSc/PGDip/PGCert in Applied Public Health is an innovative course. It will strengthen capacity to meet varied and diverse demands of public health work and reduce health inequalities.
It is aimed at anyone interested in addressing the determinants of health. This is also a relevant and engaging learning experience for a wide range of professionals working to achieve improvements in health.
Students will develop key skills required to meet existing and emerging challenges in public health. This includes leadership, communication, project management, resource management and evaluation and collaborative working. Public health work experience opportunities are also available as part of this course.
