Occupational therapist and physiotherapist assistants (OT/PTAs) support individuals in achieving optimal mobility and daily functioning. Prepare for a rewarding career helping people of all ages and abilities improve their quality of life. OT/PTAs find meaningful employment supporting their clients’ overall health and wellness in a variety of health-care settings, including hospitals, therapy clinics, wellness centres, long-term care facilities, or rehabilitation centres. OT/PTAs encourage clients to engage their physical potential, thereby improving their quality of life.
