Northern College and Algoma University jointly developed the bachelor of Computer Science program. Students who study in this program could obtain either/both Northern College diploma program or/and Algoma University degree provided they successfully complete all the required courses by Northern College or/and Algoma University for the joint computer program. Throughout this joint program, students can expect to gain a strong theoretical and practical foundation in the study of algorithms, programming languages, and the design and construction of computer systems and applications. Students will have a solid foundation in data structure, programming, assembly language programming, computer organization, operating systems, theory, software engineering, algorithms, and computer networking.

Please note, all joint-degree program courses will be offered at the Timmins Campus of Northern College by the faculty of Northern College and Algoma University.
