What you will study
Program Description Studying the universe is a pretty tall order but Nottingham Trent University qill support students every step of the way. Not only will students study underpinning core physics but students will get to apply it to fascinating astronomy concepts including extragalactic astronomy, stellar evolution, cosmology and space science. Optical telescopes in the on-campus observatory, radio telescopes and solarscopes are all available for students to use alongside the theory. Together, with teaching from Nottingham Trent University's expert staff and small lab groups, students will be developing technical and problem solving skills that are vital for employers.
