Master of Laws - Technology and Artificial Intelligence Law

University of Bradford

What you will study

LLM Technology and Artificial Intelligence Law gives students specialist knowledge of the law regulating technology. The programme covers a range of themes, including: • privacy laws relating to technology • data protection • legal technologies • human rights and technology • regulation of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity

Students will learn about the use of technology to address current and emerging global challenges such as climate change, pandemics, sustainability, and digital inclusion and the role of law in facilitating and guiding that use, while ensuring society is protected from potential harm caused by the more radical and disruptive technologies. The programme is suitable for law graduates with an interest in technology law - an emerging and increasingly important area of legal practice, and also for non-law graduates who seek corporate employment with a focus on the regulation of technology.
