Learning outcomes: • Learn about the neuroscience of conditions across the lifespan as well as treatments that support cognitive and physical rehabilitation. • Engage in simulation exercises that build awareness and empathy. • Gain understanding about community supports as well as cutting-edge research about the brain. • Develop knowledge translation skills to successfully work as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Work directly with clients or behind the scenes through research or policy development.

Additionally, this program is a part of the Mohawk College's Twinning programs .The twinning programs allow international students when applying to take 2 graduate certificate programs back-to-back, allowing them to apply for a two-year study permit with just one application. Note: This program is part of the Mohawk College's Twinning option, the programs included within this option change on a semester to semester basis.
