Overview
In Applied Sport and Exercise Medicine, one can specialize in the theory of managing sports injuries and illnesses, exploring the relationship between exercise and health, and gaining real-life experience in the field.
As part of the course, individuals will receive special training courses to allow them to perform CPR and first aid, as well as taping and sports massage.
The goal is for individuals to be able to pursue their desired career path, whether that involves working in a sports team or conducting research. This will be facilitated through placements at real sporting events and instruction from leading clinicians, research scientists, and sports and exercise medicine experts.
