This is the second year of the Business diploma program from Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Business Year 1 provides students with a well-rounded foundation in core business concepts, including accounting, finance, management, computers, marketing, human resources, insurance and more. The second year will allow students to specialize in management. If students like being part of decision-making processes, and are interested in organizational culture and interpersonal dynamics, the management specialty will appeal to them. Students could work in an administrative role in a wide range of public and privately owned enterprises, crown corporations and government organizations, or start their own business.
