Overview
The Master of Arts in Leadership, Theology and Systems (MALTS) is designed for students seeking to expand their leadership perspective and develop practical skills to lead with confidence and integrity. The 42-credit hour (14-course) graduate degree is intended for emerging and experienced leaders who wish to deepen their impact in churches, non-profits, mission organizations, schools, or for-profit businesses. Whether the participant is a pastor navigating staff development, a nonprofit director managing organizational change, or a business leader striving to lead with virtue and vision, the program provides both a strong theological foundation and the practical leadership skills needed to do so effectively.
