Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Occupational Therapy (B930)

Occupational therapy is a unique career that enables individuals to improve their health and well-being while enjoying a higher quality of life by preventing and overcoming barriers to participation in the everyday activities they value.

Students applying to London South Bank University can pursue a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, which can be studied full-time over three years or part-time over four years. This program will provide them with an understanding of both the science and artistry involved in occupational therapy. They will develop the unique skillset required to become successful occupational therapists, which includes leading activity-based therapy, rehabilitation, and communication skills, among others. Additionally, students will gain experience and expertise through a variety of practice placements outside the university, as well as in the university's specialized Occupational Therapy Labs, which feature simulated living spaces and artistic intervention tools.
