What you will study

Program Description Students can join one of the largest and most esteemed archaeology programs in Canada, and learn from faculty experts who cross disciplinary boundaries, including the Canada Research Chair in Environmental Archeology. Students' studies will focus on the material history of human culture, studying artifacts, architecture, and ancient environments. They'll learn the field methods and lab techniques used to examine physical evidence, as well as theories archaeologists use to understand the ancient cultures and past civilizations of the Americas, Europe, and the pre-Classical and Classical Mediterranean world.
