The International Foundation Year at Leeds Beckett University International Study Centre helps you to progress to your chosen undergraduate degree at Leeds Beckett University. You will spend two semesters in the supportive environment of the International Study Centre, working with expert tutors in order to confidently enter the first year of your undergraduate degree at the University. After completing this pathway, students will transition to International Year One. Upon successful completion, the International Year One at Leeds Beckett University International Study Centre allows you to join the second year of your undergraduate degree at Leeds Beckett University. Designed to improve your English language and academic skills to an appropriate level for degree study, the programme is equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree and will prepare you for success as you study in the UK and beyond.
